Among the most prestigious colleges in the world, the Ivy League schools are extremely hard to get into. But the good news is that all these universities now offer free online courses across multiple online course platforms.

Sadler’s Wells presents a programme of full-length dance performances and workshops online, to keep you entertained and connected through dance, wherever you are in the world while our live stages are dark.

Actor and director Robert Myles has started project The Show Must Go Online, where a cast from around the world reads out Shakespeare’s plays over video.

Experience the new Andy Warhol exhibition on video!
You’ll also hear fresh takes on the artist’s life and work from Tate’s curators.

Curated by Google Arts & Culture in collaboration with 33 museums and organisations. The free digital exhibition offers a glimpse into the pioneering artist’s life and legacy, with artworks from multiple collections around the world.

Every Monday this month, a film will be livestreamed to Focus Films Facebook page for free, with a link available to donate to the Entertainment Industry Foundation’s Covid-19 response fund. Planned events include a screening watch party of Academy Award-winning adaptation of Gosford Park, Mallrats with Kevin Smith, and Moonrise Kingdom with an online audience Q&A with director Wes Anderson.

Since Thursday 2 April, the National Theatre has made several plays available for free on it’s official YouTube channel. A new play is released every Thursday at 7pm BST and is available to watch for seven days.
A production of Charlotte Brontë’s Jane Eyre premieres on April 9, (UK time), and will be available until 16 April.

If you missed one of the hottest traveling museum exhibits of the past few years, ooh and ahh at a brisk room-by-room rundown of the hypnotic, multi-faceted work of Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama.

A webcam is set up to capture the Northern Lights under the aurora oval – one of the best places on the planets to see the natural display. (Best times to see the lights between 3am and 9am BST)
