UK shipping & returns are FREE.
A £18 shipping fee is applied at checkout for shipping to the rest of the world.
We have a 30-day, hassle-free return or exchange policy. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to refund* or exchange* any item within 30 days of receipt.
Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
*NOTE: Orders with prescription lenses are subject to a £50 restocking fee

What countries do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping for both prescription glasses and frame only.

What are your delivery fees?

Black Eyewear offers free delivery to all UK destinations. A shipping fee of £18 will be automatically added at checkout to all international orders. Any additional customs charges applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws will be payable by the customer (these will not be covered by Black Eyewear)

When will my order be shipped? And when will it arrive?

We always aim to dispatch orders placed before 10 AM on the same working day for all orders without prescription. Orders made after 10 AM are expected to be dispatched by the following working day. For orders including prescription lenses and bespoke orders, the dispatch date will vary depending on the nature of the prescription and eventual upgrades.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

UK: 2-3 business days

Europe: 5-6 business days

Rest of the world: 6-10 business days

Please note that delivery times are guidelines only. Black Eyewear does not take responsibility for any delays due to high season delays or payment issues.

How will my order be delivered?

All parcels reaching UK destinations are sent by DPD registered ‘signed for’ delivery and all international orders by DPD and their international partners.

Can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation email. If you didn’t and require the tracking number, please email us at and we will send it to you.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day return policy from the date you receive your order. All items must be in stock condition, and unworn. You must include the case and cleaning
cloth when returning an order.

Note: We’re not able to offer refunds or exchanges on any frames after they have been fitted with lenses by a third-party supplier.

If your frame is faulty and you wish to request an exchange or return it, please contact us at within 30 days from receipt.

Return shipping is always FREE within the UK, once your return is approved you’ll receive a prepaid return label.
If you’re sending from outside the UK, you can choose your preferred courier service as you are responsible for any return shipping fees.
We recommend that you select a safe and trackable delivery service, retaining
proof of postage. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the sender until
received by Black Eyewear.

Black Eyewear is not liable for customs charges.

Once we have received your items back we will process your return and issue your refund within 5 working days.

Can I return my order if it included a prescription?

Prescription lenses are custom-made to suit your individual needs. Unfortunately, due to their personalised nature, orders including a prescription have a £50 restocking fee to cover the lenses cost. You will be refunded the entire cost of the frame.

Do I have to cover the cost of the return shipment myself?

Return shipping is always FREE within the UK, once your return is approved you’ll receive a prepaid return label. We currently don’t offer shipping cost refunds for international orders, please ensure you add the correct amount of postage as charges may occur. Can I exchange my glasses for another model or colour?

You are always welcome to request an exchange for a different colour or model
within 30 days from the date you receive your order. 
Once we have received your current frames, we will send you your new pair.
Please note: Charges might occur for orders including prescription lenses. Please refer to the “Can I exchange my order if it included a prescription?” section for more info.
